As a USAT Certified Elite Level 3 Coach, a Board Certified Sports Dietitian and a competitive age group athlete , I combine my knowledge and experience to create custom scientifically based training programs that are challenging but doable.
From first time Ironman athletes to inspired Olympic hopefuls, I strive to help each athlete work towards achieving their goals. All of my programs are “athlete centered” and “athlete driven”. This means when an athlete chooses to invest in my services they will have active voice in the structure of their training program.
Having more than 10 years experience working with athletes who have busy school schedules, work schedules, family and social commitments, I recognize each athlete’s available time to train, their level of fitness, athletic potential and training/racing goals are unique.
I aim to construct each training program to emphasize quality training over quantity. All of the programs I construct are built firmly in the belief that education and communication are two key ingredients to a successful program.
I want every athlete I partner with to understand why they are doing what they are doing as well as understand, apply and respect the basic elements of a good training and racing diet.
