I am happy to report that my 3rd Ironman World Championship is now in the books. Even though it was my slowest IM to date (13:21) it was by far the most fun I have ever had in a race. There's alot to be said about having a good mindset going into a race especially when you are not sure if you'll be able to run or not. I got my money's worth for sure.
